Delta to Cancel Amman, Jordan, and Cairo, Egypt

Increased fuel prices + civil unrest = canceled routes

Delta will be dropping its flights from JFK to Amman, Jordan, and Cairo, Egypt because of decreased demand to the region.  Jordan flights will cease June 1st, and Cairo flights, which had been suspended because of the mayhem in the country, will not be resumed.

(Thanks, Airline Route)
